{Banana Split Smoothie}


1/2-1 cup Coconut Milk or water
1/2 cup cottage cheese (optional)
2 slices of pineapple
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 banana
t. vanilla extract
1/4 t. cocoa powder
1 pack Stevia
Blend until smooth and add 1 cup ice.Makes 1 really tall glass...Enjoy! This smoothie is exceptionally good!!!

Nutritional Info: 400 calories, 7 g. fat, 30 carbs, 28 g. sugars, 30 g. protein
Eliminate Cottage cheese and Coconut milk for lower calories.
