This month I decided I wanted to give my skin something extra special. I am very impressed by my friends results with Shaklee's Skin Care System! This package is supposed to last 6 months+. THAT is impressive!

I have been using it for 3 days and I can't keep my hands off my face! My skin is so silky soft. I love the light scent of the lotion cleanser and the toner feels amazing! I'm especially excited about the eye treatment. The night time repair feels like silk. I already love these products so much!!!

I have dated the bottom of my bottles to see how long it last me. I'll keep you posted ;)

 Alfalfa Complex

Alfalfa Complex is great for sooooo many things, but I mainly ordered it for my milk production. I haven't had any problems so far, but wanted to keep a healthy supply. I also ordered it so my kids could take them daily to stay healthy.

"Alfalfa is a storehouse of nutrients. Its tap root reaches down as deep as 20 feet, searching out nutrients and minerals from deposits in the soil, while its leaves gather large amounts of chlorophyll through the natural process of photosynthesis."

Elijah LOVES the taste of chlorophyll, so he was doubly excited to find out he had some vitamins and tea to take. He has had a little bit of a cough the past couple days and he has been faithful to take his alfalfa. He says it helps him feel better :)

{Ulta Haul Review}

So I made some purchases at ULTA last week and was anxious to try it all out. I have been wearing some of these everyday. Some of the products I have fallen in love with and others...not so much. 

Here is my review....

1. Benefit Cosmetic Big Time Prime
They Say-"This priming power couple brightens skin AND minimizes the appearance of pores".  I Say-AND IT DOES! I Love the POREfessional. It really does reduces the appearance or pore. 
2. ULTA Voluptuous Volume Mascara They Say-"Voluptuous Volume Mascara by ULTA builds luscious lash volume and thickens lashes." I Say-I have been wearing this one almost everyday. I like it because it doesn't get clumpy. Very nice mascara especially since it was on sale for $4.00!
3. ULTA Extreme Wear Gel Eye Liner They Say- "ULTA Cream gel eye liner glides on smoothly and lasts as long as you do!"  I Say- I LOVE this one! It last all day without smudging. Goes on perfectly. I also only paid $4.00 for this one as well, so I am very happy with this product.
4. ULTA Double Duty Concealer They Say-"Hide the truth about dark circles and banish bags with a quick roll of a concealer that does double duty with Double Duty Concealer by ULTA."
I Say- Ummm...no. This doesn't hide anything. I was looking for full coverage and this is what they recommend. It is super thin and it has a roll on applicator that makes it impossible to get any on your face. So, for $12 I am disappointed in this one. Not a fan. Sorry ULTA, but COVERGIRL works just fine.
5. ULTA Super Blender Sponge They Say-"Super Blender Sponge by ULTA - pointed & rounded tips for multiple application uses." I Say- This is a nice tool for blending everything out, especially after concealer is in place.
6. ULTA BountiFULL Lashes Mascara They Say-"Lash fortifying mascara promotes lash growth by ULTA." I Say- This one is nice too. Not sure about the growth since I've only had it for a week. I do like it as far as application and appearance. And I only paid $4 for this as well. 
7. FREE 13 Pc Gift w/any select $19.50 ULTA purchase They Say-"Receive a FREE 13 Pc Gift w/any select $19.50 ULTA purchase. One per customer. While quantities last."
I Say-  LIKES- The nail polish that I got is so very pretty. It is ULTA Nail Lacquer HIGH ROLLER. My new favorite. I love it! I also like the lip gloss. Very nice natural color. The lipstick is a very nice color for evening wear.  DISLIKES- The brushes are very harsh.The eye shadows are pretty, but are very had to apply. Probably will not buy this product ever. The blush just did not go on at all. 
NEUTRAL-The mascara and the skin care I haven't tried yet.
8. Real Techniques Expert Face Brush They Say-"The Expert Face Brush by Real Techniques is ultra firm and broad for application and blending of cream or liquid foundation."

Look pixel perfect even in harsh light

Ultra plush taklon bristles"

I Say- I like this brush a lot. It feels very nice and works for what I need it for.

9. ULTA  Automatic Lip Liner in Bloom

They say- "ULTA's automatic lipliner is smudgeproof, waterproof, and leaves long-lasting color. No sharpening is required."

I Say- This one I really like. It goes on smooth and last a long time.

{Beauty Haul Review}

I shared my newest makeup collection recently and have been using it all and wanted to give you an update on how I like everything. I only paid $17 for all of this [Read more]. I have watched lots of Youtube tutorials on these products to "learn me how to use em". I feel I am finally grasping the whole makeup thing! 30 years old and wore makeup, but didn't get the whole artsy side to it. I am educating myself via Youtube and having fun putting on my face ;)

Here are the products I have been experimenting with....

and here is what I have to say about them.....

1. Ecotools Bamboo 4Pcs Makeup Brushes- I love these! 

They are so soft. The girls love grabbing them and brushing their little faces :)

2. Urban Decay Naked 2 Eye Shadow

I love the colors of this palette! They last all day. No creasing or fading. I did find them a little hard to apply at first, but still like it very much.

3. Foundation Brush

Great Brush!

4. Bronzer/Blush Brush

Nice!

5. Concealer brush

Lovely!

6. Philosophy Microdelivery Exfoliating Wash

AMAZING! Love, love, love this product! Oh my! Speechless! :) My skin feels incredibly smooth and clean after using this cleanser.

7. Benefit High Beam Illuminater

This is one of my favorites. It completes my makeup routine and makes me feel extra purdy!

8. Stay Flawless 15 hour Primer

This primer is by far the best one I have tried yet. It really makes my makeup last longer and it makes my face feel fresh all day.

So....I have been forever drooling over some products that I thought would be exciting to use. I finally said to myself, "Self, you need this. It's been a long time since you have bought makeup and your tools aren't the best. You could pamper yourself with some new face wash. Highlighters and primers would be fun too!" And guess what happened? I first bought the Naked 2 palette and at checkout I never saw where my bank account was mentioned. I logged into my account and found out I had credit on my account! Hallelujah! So what did I do? I shopped some more...until all the credit was gone. I spent a grand total of $17 after my credits were used. I am one happy girl right now. Can't wait to try each and everyone of these things out.
