{What My Food and Workouts Look Like}

Breakfast- 
Metabolic Boost (a boost powered by green tea)
Protein Smoothee:
2 scoops protein powder, 
1/2 c cottage cheese,
handful of fruit, 
and sometimes a T. sugar free pudding mix.

Lunch-
Metabolic Boost (a boost powered by green tea)
Protein Smoothe or Protein Bar

Snack-
Protein Snack Bar
Energizing Tea

Supper-
Metabolic Boost (a boost powered by green tea)
Healthy Lean protein and veggies or salad

I drink 90+ oz of water everyday. I exercise 4 days a week. I try and do a different workout routine each day. (Youtube has many helpful workouts.) For example: I may walk on the treadmill for 45 min and then lift for my arms and shoulders for 20 min. On another day I may do 30 min on the elliptical, lift for legs and bum, and then finish on the treadmill for a 15 min walk. When I'm on the treadmill I use the incline a lot! Burns way more calories.
