Felt a little creative and came up with a
snack that will drive your taste buds cRaZy!
Toasted Coconut Almond Raisin Goodness!!!
I used coconut oil to grease the pan, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice to flavor this AMAZINGLY, sweet, chewy, crunchy, honestly satisfying.....treat!
Sprinkle as much spice as you like....
Toss it in the pan and bake @ 350* until coconut is LIGHTLY golden brown.....
As you can see...I got distracted and my coconut is NOT lightly brown, but it was still SO GOOD!!
