{Where Are You're Eyes?}

"For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds. Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;"

2 Cor.10:4,5

"Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked" Eph.6:16

Satan will try to get us off track. He will send negative thoughts and situations into our lives to get our eyes and attention off Jesus Christ. Satan will have us looking at others around us to discourage us from doing God's will. He will stir up questions and doubts to weigh us down. Heb 12:1,2 "let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, LOOKING UNTO JESUS the Author and Finisher of our faith..."

Satan would like nothing better than to distract us and keep us from serving the Lord. Let's keep our eyes on God, even in the times when we don't know what to do. 2 Chor.20:12 "for we have no might against this great company that cometh against us; neither know we what to do: BUT OUR EYES ARE UPON THEE."
