1 C. HodgsonMill Gluten Free Pancake Mix
3/4 C. Almond Milk (unsweetened)
1 C. cinnamon applesauce
1/4 C. cottage cheese
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Handful of gluten free oats (may need to add extra milk)
Organic Maple Syrup for topping or fruit
Mix together just until blended. Use coconut oil in pan to keep them from sticking.
