mine aren't as fluffy as the original recipe...probably because of my additions, but here goes...
Okay...so the batter was wonderful! But TBH- the brownie, to me, was good. It does have a black bean aftertaste and they aren't very sweet. But I'm in love! When you can't have the real thing (because of gluten) and you are trying to be good (lose weight) then anything close is a plus! They are healthy and satisfied my craving for chocolate...just try it and see what you think.
I pinned a brownie recipe that used almond butter, maple syrup, cocoa and few other ingredients. I left out the egg, because of allergies and they came out fudgy and super yummy. Tasted just like a brownie, no gluten.
